This free weekly class begins on Saturday, April 6 and runs through June 1 (no class on 5/4)

Eating Smart – Being Active

Eating Smart • Being Active teaches us how to eat better and have more active lives. Classes includes physical activity, nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, food preparation (cooking skill development), food safety, food resource management and food security.
